At present, the company has independently developed a 100KW RF plasma high-energy spherical titanium alloy powder production line, which is expected to be officially put into use in October 2025. The whole production process is carried out under the strict protection of emotional gases, the production environment meets the dust-free and clean standard, and has excellent production process control capabilities to eliminate foreign impurity pollution.
The production line has a strong production capacity of 100 tons of titanium alloy powder per year, and can stably supply high-quality titanium alloy powder with consistent quality, high purity, high sphericity and in line with international aviation standards, making it a very powerful manufacturer in the industry. The production line makes full use of the high-temperature characteristics of the plasma in an innovative melting mode without a crucible, and quickly heats and melts the irregularly shaped powder particles fed into it. Under the synergy of surface tension and extremely high temperature gradients, the molten particles solidify rapidly, resulting in a metal spherical powder with high sphericity and purity.
